How to get from EP to the Car Care Center??

We have a food and wine paring in Epcot from 2:30 to 4:00 on Sun. Nov 7 and need to get to the car care center to pick-up our rental by 5:30. Does any Disney transportation go there? Or should we think about walking to BW and getting a cab??

Can you call and get your rental p/u chgd to the Dolphin? Its a very very short walk from the Intl Gateway OR

walk to the front of the BC (from Intl Gateway) and have the CCC shuttle pick you up from there.

Hi

You are renting from Alamo/National, yes? If so, they have a shuttle bus that will pick you up and bring you to the car care center. Call the rental agency for the shuttle number- Tell them where to pick up and what time! Good to call the night before and confirm in the morning.

We did it from the Shades of Green and they were within 15 minutes of their time to pick up (just a bit late- no biggie)

The National desk at The Dolphin closes at 4:00PM. The one at the CCC is open until 6:00. If I pick-up before the food and wine pairing then I'm charged an extra day because I'm not returning the car until 3:00PM on Mon at the airport. Do you think that I could book the reservation for 2:00 at The Dolphin, get there early, do the paper-work for the pick-up and then leave the car parked at the hotel and have time to get to Les Chefs de France in time for the pairing at 2:30?

National gives an hour leeway before they charge for the next day. So if I picked up at 2:00 and dropped off at 3:00 on Mon, I'm only paying for one 24 hour period. The Dophin is a much more convenient pick-up location, I'm just worried that I won't get to EPCOT in time for the event....

My only other option is to pick-up at 1:30 and plan to return at 2:30 which means a little less play-time on our final day and more time waiting at the airport.

Anyone have any ideas???
