How to get DVC discounted Halloween Party Tix.

I just found out DVC members get a discount on MNSSHP. We were not planning on doing the theme parks on this next trip, but if we can get a night at the magic kingdom for a reduced price we just cant pass it up. We're looking at the September 14th party night. Do we have to preorder the tix ahead of time to get the discount or can we buy tix the day of the party at the gates? Thanks!

You must purchase them from MS before your trip for the DVC discount and pick them up at will call outside of MK.

Haven't checked that date specifically. Not all dates are eligible for the DVC discount. Ours was not. That was a real bummer.

You don't have to book them through MS, can book online too - though oddly I can't link direct to the page. However, if you go to DVC discounted Annual passes (this is the link from the dvcmember.com page), then change the drop down menu to 'special events', you then get the option to buy the DVC discounted party tickets.

Disneymad, thank you. I never knew you could get the special event tickets with the DVC discount that way. I've always called member services. That will save us all some time!

You're welcome! I'm planning to go this year myself and it's a bit of a pain calling from the UK, especially with the time difference so I had a good hunt around LOL, was pretty pleased myself when I found that too

Thank you for posting this!! I just ordered our tickets and it was so easy!! Just wanted to let you know though that the link retained your home address - the credit card info was not there - thankfully.... so maybe you can delete your info and re post the link for others!!
