How to find out the hours of resort restaurants?

I realize the park restaurant hours vary based on season, but do the hotel restaurants pretty much hold the same hours year round? I'm interested to know the hours for:

California Grill
Narcoossee
Ohana's
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Boma

Anyone know the hours or a website that lists these (they're not on Disney's official site or Deb's site).

I would either call (407) WDW-DINE or call the hotel directly, they should be able to give you the hours.
