How to find out FMV?

A friend of mine was a former CM. While she worked at WDW, she bought several LE numbered lithos signed by Don Williams, as well as a few other odds and ends. She now wants to sell them, and I'm interested in buying one from her, but we have no idea on how to find a fair market value. I looked on E-Bay and saw nothing even remotely similar to the items she has. Any ideas?
