How to estimate evening hours and dinner ADR

Hi all
was wondering how you figure out the evening hours to make ADR's when you don't know the park hours. I would like to make ADR at Rainforest Cafe after AK closes. Or dinner back at the hotel after a park closes. My 90 day mark is coming up next week and Nov hours will not be out.

Any help would be great.

A good option for the Rainforest Cafe is to join the Safari Club when you arrive. It costs something like $10, but then they send you a $10 gift certificate. If you will be back at WDW or near another location, that makes the membership free. Then you get discounts and/or free appetizers for the meals and also discounts in the stores. They send you additional gift certificates on your birthday and your anniversary of joining.

Safari Club members get next available seating, so you don't have to make reservations in advance. I've waited as long as 15 or 20 minutes, but always enjoy looking around the gift shop. I've also been seated in five minutes.
