How to email a complaint to Disney?

I was wondering if anyone still has the email address to send a complaint to. I have never had anything to complain about before but a couple of things bothered me about this trip. We still had a great time and I want to make it clear that I am not expecting Disney to do anything, I just want to make my feelings known.

We were really torn deciding where to stay this trip. My husband and I travel with my mom and our three kids. We were going to stay at HIFS as we have in the past but decided to stay at Pop Century to try something different. The big factor in making this decision was that we would be able to take advantage of the EMH on Sunday at the MK which happened to be my daughter's 4th birthday. If we were staying off property we would not be able to go to the MK on that day due to the crowds and the fact that it closed early due to grad night. We know the importance of getting to the park before it opens so we got up and left the resort at about 7:20, plenty early to get there before openning. Imagine our surprise when the road we needed to take to get there was closed off due to an inline skating race. We had gotten a letter in our room the day before explaining that this would be happening but the letter only said that the closure may be a problem if you were going to the airport. It did not say anything about there being a problem getting to the MK. If I had only known this we would have planned on taking another route or taking the bus. In fact I even called the front desk that evening to see if we would be able to use early entry if we drove our own car. They said it would be fine, we would just need to show our resort ID to get on the monorail.

Luckily we knew an alternate route but by the time we got out of the traffic and got going in another direction it was almost 8:00. We got to the MK parking lot at 8:20, well after opening. It was very crowded already. We tried to go over to Frontierland to ride SM and BTMRR but discovered that part of the park was still closed. This never used to be the case. I then remembered reading another thread about this. I don't understand why a whole third of the park stays shut down. This then makes the other areas that much more crowded. It was 8:30 and there was a 25 minute wait on Peter Pan. ITASW and Snow White were both closed. The Dumbo line was huge and it was already hard to walk around. Keeping all of these people in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland just makes no sense to me. I was very disappointed. We rode a few rides then went back to the room. We still had fun but it was a little disappointing.

I had also planned a PS at Mama Melrose for the Fantasmic Dinner Package that night. We usually don't spend that much on food but figured what the heck, we would celebrate my daughter's and my birthday (the next day) and get to see Fantasmic without the wait. I had mentioned the fact that we were celebrating 2 birthdays when making the reservation and mentioned it again when we checked in. The service was terrible, however and we hardly saw our waitress. The food was allright but definitely not worth the price and nothing was done about the birthdays. To top it all off, Fantasmic was cancelled due to thunder storms. I know that this isn't Disney's fault it was just a little disappointing. We still had a great time and I don't expect Disney to do anything, I just wanted to let someone know about our experiences. If no one complained things will never change.

I am so sorry that happened to you and your family. I wish I knew the email address but I don't, maybe someone else will know it.

And "Happy late Birthday" to you and your DD!

No idea on the address', but I believe they are posted somewhere here.
We got stuck in the traffic as well Sunday, it was a pain, but at least you knew about it. We stayed off property so had no idea what was going on.
EMH days always get crowded earlier than usual, just because it is EMH. We avoid the parks with the EMH for that reason. Maybe just being there at opening time on a different day would be better for you next time.

If you go to the official disney site, there is a link to "contact us" which I have used many times. In all cases I have received a written response or a phone call from a CM.

Good luck!

As far as them doing something for your birthday you shouldn't have expected anything. Some people do report back that they got someting but it is totally up to Disney. Can you imagine how many people are at WDW celebrating a special event? It would be hard for them to do something for everyone.

As far as part of the park being closed it has been that way for awhile.

Sorry to hear what happened to you. We were there last Sunday for EMH, but we took the bus and were there before 8:00 a.m. The park was crowded that day, but since this was our first time ever to DW, we didn't know the difference! I had read beforehand that only certain attractions were open for EMH, so I wasn't disappointed. We were able to to walk right on IASW, Mad Tea Party, and waited about 15 min. for eter Pan and Winnie the Pooh.

Oh, by the way, grad nights were only Fri. and Sat., and MK was open until 9:00 pm Sunday night with Spectromagic and Wishes.
