How to delete photo albums from photopass

All of my pictures from my last photopass (November) are still on my account. I know they are supposed to be deleted in 30 days, but that didn't happen. I want to delete them without having to delete each picture. Anyone know how to delete the albums or wipe all the pics off?

I don't have an answer but just curious as to why you would want them deleted from the account? I had pictures up past the 30 day mark and I loved being able to see them like 2 month after my trip.

I'm getting ready to pre-order my cd and I don't want those pics to be sent to me again.

Last year my June pics were mailed to me again with my November pics. I don't want this years June pics to come with my last year June pics and my November pics again.

I tried to set up a new account with a different email, but I'm having trouble doing that.

They shouldn't be because the rule currently is (and it wasn't always this way) that any photos taken prior to the date you preordered the CD do not get put on your CD. It's how they prevent people from now using the preorder discount after they are already home from their trip.

I had issues with pictures from past trips also. I believe I had to go in and delete each picture. Mine were 3 + years old at time I deleted them. I do have 2 photopass accounts but tend to only use the one.

I know it's a pain, but y'all are lucky. Mine disappeared at the 30-day mark.

Re-upload the picture from your CD and make what you were going to make.

Maybe they shouldn't be on there but they were on the Nov cd. I can't imagine how long it's going to take to delete each one...I have around 1000 on there. Ugh.

I called photopass and told them. They deleted them all for me.

I've got photos that have been on my account for 3-4 years now. They never come on the "current" CD or download. PITA with no rhyme or reason but I just deal with it.

You should contact Photopass and ask them to clean your account. If you call them, they will gladly do it while you are on the phone together.
