How to delete original user name?

I would like to delete my original user name 'zaksaunt' but I do not know how to go about it. Today when I logged on, the DIS would not accept my password that I have had for over a year. I changed my original user name early on because I didn't want hard feelings from my sister, and I have not used it since. I would like that one deleted, not 'auntsue.' I'm not quite understanding what I have to do to accomplish this. Thanks.

You can't delete the old username. Since both acounts do have the same mail address, you will need to change the old account's mail address to allow the new one to continue working. If you forgot the old account's password, you can click on the link to have to boards send you the password.

I don't know what "link" you're talking about to click on. I only have one e-mail address, so what can I do to keep using 'auntsue?'

Log off your current account. When you atteempt to log in to the other account, there is a link right next to the "password" field that will send you the password to that account's default mail account.
