How to contact WDW for recipe from Cantina de San Angel

My DH and I did more QS meals on our last trip than normal and seriously fell in love with the Mexican Slaw at Cantina de San Angel. I wrote down everything that was in it but I have no idea what is in the very light dressing. I emailed the general "contact us" link on the WDW website but am wondering if others have been successful at getting WDW recipes and how you contacted WDW to get it.

This stuff was crazy good - we went back a second time later in the week just to get the Mexican Slaw.

All of the restaurants in the Mexico Pavillion are owned and operated by Palmas Services not Disney. You would have to contact them and hope they will share. It is a competitive asset so they may not.

Have you tried using google? A recipe there may get you in the ballpark and you could adjust it from there.

A tip from Tatania, who has received & posted many, many of our recipes recommends that you include the following information if you have it:
- the name of the restaurant
- the date of your visit
- your reservation number​
