How to contact someone on the ship

If someone that isn't on the ship needs to contact someone that is sailing, is there a specific number they can call? I found an answer to a similar question, but it was from 2018 and I'm not sure if it has changed since then. I'll be on the Wonder a the end of March for my wedding but one of my guests needs to leave her husband an emergency contact number in case of an emergency. Thank you!

The phone number is the same. Just be aware such calls come at a high cost.

iMessage and Whatsapp messages work on the ship—not super reliably, but an inexpensive way to try to contact someone before spending a lot on a shore to ship call.
