If I were going to contact Disney, what email address would I use?

I know I've seen it before, but I can't find it now, of course!

We are currently planning our next trip for this September, & we're seriously thinking of cancelling - primarily due to FP+.

Today is our 180 day for making our ADRs, &, while I did make our ADRs, it just wasn't as "exciting" as it used to be. I made significantly less ADRs than I normally schedule as well. I'm not thinking about how much fun we'll have; rather, I'm thinking about how much money we'll spend & all the other fun things we could do w/ the money instead. I just kinda feel "eh" about the whole thing - which I don't think that's how one is supposed to feel about a Disney trip. I'm just not "feeling it" this time! LOL!

We've shortened the length of our trip already. The ONLY reason we haven't cancelled yet is our younger DS is finally 40", & we want to give him a chance to experience rides like Soarin' & Big Thunder Mountain.

But we're really not liking how we are paying more but getting less for our money.

Then I read the MSN article where Iger stated the following:

"I'd say the biggest impact is, one, being able to accommodate more people because it's just more efficient," Iger said, "and second, enabling guests to have a substantially better experience than they've had before because they're doing more."

And I thought, "You know what? That's not true. I am NOT doing more w/ the new system & I'm not having a better experience. In fact, it's the opposite, & maybe I should email Disney & let them know." ;)

Not that I think my one email is going to do anything!

But still... at least I've voiced my opinion.

So, can anyone give me the email address I need?

Thank you!! :)

Wendy,

Have you been during a FP+ time?

If not, then I am wondering if an email might more effect if you waited until your visit. You could give concrete examples.

On the other hand, you could email about how your expectations are so much lower than before, your problems making ADRs and how it has effected your planning in general.

In any case, people are getting call backs regarding their concerns, so I would not hesitate to let them know how you feel. Not sure if there is a better response with a telephone call, snail mail or with email.

We have not yet been when the only option is FP+. (We had to cancel our last trip due to DH's work schedule changing.) When we were there last, the FP+ system was still in "test mode" & had not been fully rolled out - legacy fastpasses were still available.

When we first started reading & researching FP+, DH & I discussed it & decided, "Well, even though we're used to more than 3 fastpasss/day, maybe it won't be that bad."

However, everything we're reading now kinda confirms what we've been worried about.

I have a friend who is a huge Disney fan like we've been, & she & her family take frequent trips as well.

They just returned from their latest trip last week. I was talking to her at our homeschool co-op group, & she told me that they didn't like FP+ at all. Like many of us, they are used to more than 3 fastpasses/day & didn't appreciate the limitations of FP+. She said they spent more time in lines - especially in the Magic Kingdom. They have 2 young children. They didn't like having to plan everything out in advance & changing plans (fastpasses) was difficult.

Also, they, like us, have been contemplating purchasing DVC (her brother & his family purchased DVC about 3 years ago), & they've decided not to right now.

I agree that an email might be more effective after we've returned.

But I guess I just want (need?) to let Disney know that not only is our family getting "less" now, but also Disney is getting "less" from us - less dining reservations, less days, etc.

For example, we normally book the dining plan, & I always end up scheduling at least 2-3 more ADRs than we have credits. This time, I only booked ADRs for the credits we have, & I didn't book any 2 TS meals. Our trip is shorter than normal. We're not getting parkhopper tickets. And we haven't yet decided on the Halloween party.

If we hadn't had to cancel our last trip due to DH's work schedule, we would not be going this September. We are really only going for younger DS who is finally 40"! LOL!
