How to contact a specific DVC guide?

Hi...Hoping you all can help me.

I have a business card from a DVC guide that we met with a few years back. We really liked her but decided at that point that we just couldn't make the investment. Of course after a few years, we're again considering it. We had a few questions that we wanted to ask the woman we spoke with. Her card doesn't list an email address -- do DVC guides have a set email address?

If not, does anyone have an email contact for Susan Saunders?

I don't believe that guides are allowed to communicate via email, however, if you call Disney Vacation Club and give them your information I am sure they will transfer you to her. I am guessing since you have already spoken to DVC that you have already been assigned to her.

Just a reminder here folks. The DIS prohibits publication of the DVC Guides' email addresses, including the "formula" indicating how to create the email addy. Thanks all in advance for compliance..

We have e-mailed with our guide several times.

The do have some restrictions for the e-mail communication, but I forget what the limitation is.

Our guide is through Doorway to Dreams if that makes a difference, but we emailed with him a lot when we were making a decision about buying.

Thanks everyone! I figured that the reason they weren't listing e-mail addresses on the business cards was to avoid having too much in writing. I just feel so much more comfortable asking questions and taking time to think about it without having a sales rep on the other side - Especially when it comes to Disney, I am BEYOND easily swayed and logic flies right out the window

Some Guides use email for general correspondence others don't. Disney does not want anything in writing that may be legally enforceable.
