how to change the DATE of a fast pass

we changed the dates of our trip and I now want to move our HS fast passes from friday to monday and I cant figure out how to do that - suggestions??? There is nothing booked for Monday at this time

You won't be able to just move them. You'll have to just try to get what FP's you can on the new dates.

If you only have enough days of tickets for the actual days for which you need FP...
Cancel the FPs on the day that you don't want.
Try to book new FPs on the day that you DO want.

You cancel them.
Then you hope that you can get the same attractions for the same times the day you want.
