Does anyone have any clever ideas how to keep track of 9 annual passes, 9 fastpasses, connections vouchers, and itineraries at the parks. Since I'm the ring leader, I get to hold everything. If you can help me figure something out I'd be grateful.

PS I will need to access the passes rather quickly so I can keep us moving;) :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

How about one of those travelers wallets that hangs around your neck?

I always carry a backpack - with room for jackets, snacks, and the rest. Plenty of them now have "wallets" in the front pocket that could hold park tickets, etc.

At least on the passes/fastpasses, it makes much more sense for each person to carry his/her own, because you need your pass to get each fastpass each time.

I use a waterproof sleeve on a neck-cord. Even my 5 yo wears his own (with his resort card in it too, for ID). The good thing about that is that the sleeve is clear, so you can see at a glance if the proper content is in it, and there is no issue of your stack of 9 accidentally becoming a stack of 8 without being noticed.

The sleeve I use is from a outdoor-goods store; it's sold as a fishing-license holder for around $1 each. I put each one on a bright colored shoestring so that we can tell them apart. At the resort, we keep them hung on the coat hook on the back of the door.

With the cost of the Annual passes, I don't even trust my husband carrying them;) LOL. But really , I'm a little nervous about putting things around my children's necks(at least the younger ones 8,7,3) Maybe I could let the older children carry theirs around their necks, and I'll keep everyone elses in a ziploc bag in a fanny pack. Last night I actually came up with an idea for the itinerary and park tips. I'll use small type font and try to get the pages down to dollar bill size. Then I'll print them out and laminate them. To keep them organized I'll put them on a key chain ring. How does that sound? That way they'll fit into the fanny pack as well. I guess I'll use a ziploc bag for the vouchers. Thanks for the input everyone:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Passes can be easily replaced by Guest Services if you have ID and a photocopy of the serial number side. I make multiple copies and put them in secure locations.
