How to call reservations

Hi! I leave for Tokyo Disneyland in less than a month and need to consolidate my reservations (we made individual ones for each night since they sell out so fast). But what exactly do I need to dial to call the reservation center that has the option for English speakers if any are in? The number given in my reservations is 045-330-5711, which I have tried with and without the Us exit code (011), with and without the Japan country code (81), with and without the 0 at the beginning but always get an error. What exactly do I need to dial? Or is there an email address? Thank you!

Dial 011 81 45 330 5711. You need to drop that first 0 on the area code when calling internationally.

Thank you, that worked! Now just to call when an English speaker is there, as my Japanese is not up to that task!
