We've never stayed onsite and would like to know who to call to book the AKL for 3 nights. CRO or WDTC? Are they the same reservations center

Where might I find a discounted rate?

Thanks for any help you can offer :D

For room only I would book CRO. They will only ask for a payment of 1 night and balance on checkin. WDTC will require payment 45 days in advance with a $200 deposit.

If you call and get the WDTC requirements, politely hang up and call again.

Thank you Cranbiz - I did get CRO and had a very polite and helpful agent (Stephanie Ann)....but unfortunately at $239.00 for a standard room, it's not in my budget this time...so we booked ASMusic for $99.00/night and vow to visit AKL on our trip. We can only spend 3 nights onsite.

Thanks again.

Lorix2 - when are you going? Sounds like Peak season. What are your dates? I booked a trip for my bday with the Winter Resort Special Offer. I got about $100/night off with it...There are ways to get better rates!!

When you call and get WDTC you don't need to hang up and call back. Just politely tell them you want to book thru CRO. Those trained in WDTC computer system are also trained in CRO computer system. It's a matter of switching systems. At least that's what I was told by a wonderful CM when changing reaervations from a package to room only.

johnsonet - we are going April 20-23rd. Glad you got a great deal for you're birthday :D

Nolcrest - thank you for that information, it's good to know.

Those dates don't fall within the Winter Offer but there will presumably be a Spring Resort Offer (there was last year). I would keep your eyes and ears open and maybe later you can make a new reservation at AKL. Either way, you're going to Disney World!!:Pinkbounc :bounce:

That's exactly what I am going to do, I'm hoping something will come up:wave2:

...Central Reservations Office!:D

When ARE you going? I got AKL for $161/nite during Prez Week! (using a code, of course!)

Lorix:
I don't think you will find anything cheaper than the $161 per night that HughJackman"n'me got because I am pretty sure your dates fall within PEAK SEASON.
Check Mousesavers.com

MichDiser - I don't think so either...but actually my dates are considered "regular" season from what I've seen online.

I WAS ON THERE THIS MORNING AND SAW A ROOM ONLY DISCOUNT CODES FOR RATES THROUGH APRIL 05....MAY BE WORTH CHECKING YOUR DATES!!!!

I AM WAITING FOR MAY DISCOUNT CODES!!:Pinkbounc

GOOD LUCK.....HOPE THIS HELPS...
