How to bind a passport or autograph book?

I am considering various methods but wondered what do you consider to be the best? I have made my own using Otterpop's brilliant designs. When it is bound, I will take some photos and post them on this board.

I went through snap fish and ordered them as pictures and put them into the flipbook. 40 pages cost me around $8 shipped

I keep hearing about otterpop, but I can't seem to find a link to the site. Help please! I'm considering making passport books as well as autograph books for my two DSs (5&3 at time of trip) We are planning to go next July. Thanks!
