How to address water from staples to Disney resort

I remember there being a thread that provided detailed information on how to address water being delivered from Staples to Disney -- but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone provide me with an example. I seem to remember that you needed to include your confirmation number.

If you just need water you may want to call the hotel and ask if they carry it in the gift shop. They had 24 packs at Poly in January for 6.49 and my son bought water at POFQ for the same price this week.
