How to add a siggy or ticker to my page??

I've been on here a few months so this may seem like an odd question ... How do I add a siggy or ticker to my page? The weird thing is I can't see anyone else's on here but I read they have them? I use my iPad mini is this why I can't see anyone's? Any suggestions would help greatly : )

I would guess that you can't see them because you are using an ipad. Have you tried using a desktop/laptop? I only use my laptop so I am not familiar with how things show up on other devices. There is also a setting in your UserCP that will hide signatures so it is possible you have that turned on.

It must be an iPad thing? I did go check my settings and made some setting changes and hoping it may help ... Tha is for the suggestions appreciated : )
