how things change...ticket question

My last trip was just last spring, but it seems that everything has changed!

I read the FAQ on the new ticket pricing structure, but I'm still confused on one point. I have promised my husband a more relaxed vacation this year. I think what I want to do is to buy two 4 day tickets and two 6 day tickets. My question is about the use of these tickets. Is it possible for the additional two days to be used by different people? For example, if my daughter and I go for the 5th day can my husband and I go for the 6th or do the tickets with the additional days have to be used by the same two people?

I hope this makes sense and that someone knows the answer.

When you use MYM tickets, each adult has the biometric scan performed and recorded. This keeps you from using someone elses ticket.

Tickets have always been non transferrable, now Disney has a way to enforce it.

The answer to your question is once a ticket has been used, only the person who originally used it can reuse a ticket. In your senerio, you will be OK, but either DH or DD will need their own ticket (depending on whose ticket it really is).

I thought that if you bought all of the people in your party a ticket at the same time then they could be interchangeable.

I don't think they are interchangable now because of the biometric scanner. I've heard horror stories of people not writing their names on each ticket and then wasting time in line because the right finger had to get with the right ticket.

They are not interchangeable. Once you use a ticket no one can use that ticket.
