How successiful have you been in the past renting your points?

For those of you who actively rent points, how successful were you in finding a tennant?

Where is the best place to post points for rent?

Is the market saturated with DVC point renters?

I have rented a couple times and had the points I had available rented within a week. The best place to watch in the Rent/trade board. I think the supply/demand is pretty even right now. Just watch the board for a bit and you will get lots of info! Good luck!

Rented just 1 time to pay cash for a cruise through Dreams Unlimired and saved over 150 pts.

Put 300 pts on the Rent/Trade board and they were gone in 1 hr. Got over 10 responses in 2 hrs. The person that contacted me first wanted all 300 pts............so it was pretty easy in my 1 rental.

IMO I wouldn't want to do this as business, that isn't the intention of DVC. But for expiring pts,cruising,etc it is a viable option.
