I figured that the rollaboard suitcase was just about any carryon with wheels. Apparently I was wrong.
But from the description, they staff member probably meant anything with a hard shell. Maybe it's harder to scan or something.

Anyone with a carryon suitcase with wheels was required to use the scanner, whereas I had a soft sided tote bag and my DH had a stuffed-full backpack for our carryons and we were directed to bypass the scanner. Everything is just so very confusing these days. We actually changed a cruise next year from one going out of San Juan to one going out of Fort Lauderdate JUST so we could drive and avoid airline disasters. Added 8 nights at Disney after our cruise as a consolation prize for having to fly ! LOL
