when they say cancel at least one day before, do they mean exactly24 hours?
For example if we have breakfast scheduled at the wave our first morning but decide to go to Church in the morning rather than at 7pm, i will need to cancel the 930AM wave breakfast reservations. If i cancel them the night before, I’ll be charged the 10 dollars per head, right? I’ll have to cancel by 930am the day before in order to not be charged, correct? Just making sure because
I’d like to keep that option open as long as
possible without being charged if i do cancel. I have one or 2 other reservations like this because like always, i couldn’t decide which restaurant. I could have sworn I’ve read that people have reservations at night somewhere then an hour or 2 b4 cancel because their youngest child was done for the day - dinner would have been too much for them, so a quick sandwich seemed much more magical than dining out at a TS restaurant. I think we might have nights like this, but don’t want to be charged 70 dollars (we are a fam of 7), so i might need to make a couple cancellations now.

Thx for your help

I walked up and cancelled Be Our Guest in person just minutes before our reservation. No charge ever hit my card.

That was my only experience (that I can think of anyway), so maybe someone else can comment as well. I kind of wonder if they only charge for no-shows...?

Ok good!

Anyone else with experience cancelling dinner plans on same day as the reservation once you realized your toddler wasn’t going to be cooperative any longer or for whatever reason?

I’ve called to cancel on the same day on several occasions (the app has never allowed me to cancel on the same day) and I’ve never been charged the fee.

This always works but you need to be physically present to do so.

We've had the opposite experience from others here. Cancelled day before and still got hit with the fee.
