How strict are the pickup and dropofd times at the wdw care care centet?

I assume you are talking about rental cars? The rental price is based on how long you have the car, so if you keep it a longer or shorter time, the rental price is usually adjusted. If you pick up a car far past your scheduled time, you may find there is no car for you!

Yes-- the rental cars. I have a pick up time for 1:30 but with Magical Express I was worried I wouldn't be exactly on time. I can't imagine that he pick up time and drop off times would be off by more than an hour or two-- if at all. Just wondered if you said you would pick up at 1:30 if they would be ok with say 2:30.

You should be fine. They will hold the reservation until the close of business for Alamo, which at the CCC is 8pm. You can also call them if you are going to be delayed. The number to call is: 888-826-6893. I am assuming you are going to be picked up by the Alamo shuttle, so, it would be wise to call them to arrange a pick up time for you at about 24 hours out.
