How soon should I book a tent site?

Do they typically go fast? We need two nights stay in September (we are staying in a timeshare for 7 nights). One night at the beginning of our stay and one at the end. We were thinking of staying at a value, but the kiddos got excited when I mentioned camping.

Yes - do it now, if you can! The tent sites book up very quickly, especially for that time of year.
