How soon do you get documents from WDTC?

My mom and I leave for WDW Oct 22nd. I think we have 43 days left! YIPPE!!!! But then I started thinking how soon do we get the documents? And when do you usually call WDTC within 30 days?

Hi! We leave for WDW on October 22 too! And I see you are from Pittsburgh. I was born there and lived in western PA until I was in high school.

As far as your question goes - if you have a package I *think* Disney sends everything out about 30 days from your arrival date.
