How many days prior to arrival do these open?

Openings have been occurring mid-month the month prior to your arrival. Disney has also been emailing onsite guests on their arrival date to inform them they are eligible for a Fp+ lunch.

We've been trying to get a reservation for our upcoming trip in may but nothing is available yet... In fact, nothing beyond the next week is coming up despite people on DIS saying they open up about a month or two in advance the month preceding it?!

Confused and would also like to know as I don't like the idea of waiting for over an hour god lunch with 2 dd's (ones 5 months old!)

We stayed at an all star about 3 weeks ago and I was emailed to test the FP for it, I didn't use it. I booked a room for this weekend and was still eligible to make a FP res. for BOG, so if you are staying on a wdw resort, you might be lucky to be involved in it. Not sure if it's all guests or random, but hope you can get a FP and reservation!

Until mid February, when for some reason both March & April opened at the same time... the window for the upcoming month (i.e. Dec for Jan or Oct for Nov etc) would open 10 or so days prior to the first day of the next month.

If things should go back to that in the upcoming month(s) - May dates would open in the last 2 weeks of April.

Thanks for the response although by that reasoning I should be able to see April dates available also but the only times coming up are for the next week ??

We are staying dvc AK and OKW so not sure if these are covered by the invites?!

Any ideas how we can book?! Of course I could be looking on the wrong site?
