How soon can I make this reservation?

I have a good friend who has one of those big beautiful 35ft trailers. Can I make a reservation for him for a campsite at Fort Wilderness using my DVC points at the seven month or the eleven month mark?

You can make ressies for the Disney Collection at the 11-month mark. Here are the 2008/2009 points charts for what you want:
