I've found UC's wait times and crowd calendars to be fairly accurate. On a personal note, I've been twice in May. The weather is great - hot but not unbearably humid, and with the exception of Memorial Day Weekend, the crowds were very manageable.

Memorial Day is the last Monday in May. May 28th, 2018

We straddled late April/early May this year and agree it's a good time to go. I will say it was already pretty warm and toward the end of the month the crowds pick up due to the Memorial Day weekend and schools getting out for summer break in parts of the U.S. If you're arriving May 19th and staying for ten days/two weeks you'll see the crowds growing during your trip.

Yes we are there for 2 weeks and planning to do most of the theam parks fist week and just do what we have missed in the second ( when it's busy)
