How regularly is BB offered?

We stayed at BC the first week of June 2008 and when we checked in there was a BB offer in our room for Oct - Christmas excluding Thanksgiving, but since we only take annual trips while the kids are out of school we did not give it a second thought . . . BUT next year dh and I want to go back the first week of Dec for our anniversary and would LOVE a BB offer.
So, I was just wondering if Disney tends to offer BB at the same times each year? I plan on having $200 stashed away in case we do get an offer while there on our June trip; I am just wondering what the likely hood of that happening is?

Dont know but we all received one last week all four of our rooms had the offer

With the exception of a few weekends, holiday weekends and weekdays, for 2010 there are a lot of opening dates for bounceback offers at the Deluxe and DVC Resorts. Now that's what was listed in my families rooms at the Contemporary and it did not list the Value or Moderate Resort dates.

Thank you. I am hoping they offer it when we are there in June. We stay deluxe so that would work great for us. I am thinking WL with deluxe dining, but if we can't get a discount it will be regular dining.
