How quickly does the morning line at the tapstyles clear?

Say you wanted to arrive at the parks as close to opening as possible, but you don't want to stand in a long line preopening line at the tapstyles and you don't care about being part of the mad dash to that park's "best" ride. How early could you arrive, assuming the park opens at 9am? Does my question make sense? Thanks in advance.

For no long lines, probably closer to 9:30 or 10am. Prior to 9am there will be lines for guests who are staying on site and can enter 30 minutes before posted opening time. There will also be throngs of people who don't have early entry that are waiting for the 9am opening, it will take a bit to get all of them into the park. There will still be lines at 10am, just not as long as at opening. If you don't want to wait much at all, by 11am it should not be bad.

We arrived a couple of days this week about 15 mins into the 30 min ETPE and there were no lines at all at the taps.

The harder part to time this is, wheat time should you arrive at transportation? Skyliner resorts move smoothly and quickly but bus transportation can get lined up in the morning.

THIS there were 10 min left of early opening at HS earlier this week and RotR was a walk-on. There was literally no line at 7:35 today when we went to AK; FoP had a posted 25 min wait but was a walk-on as well! I am not a morning person. Especially being from Hawaii, but doing early entry this week is definitely worth it!!

Good point. I’d love to be there this week but the kids have school. We will be there end of Oct/early November. Not the worst crowds ever, but not a light time either.
