How often do you visit (and stay over) WDW every year?

My first stay was in '93. I was 11 and we stayed at the Poly for 6 days. Then every three years we stayed at the Poly for 6-7 days. Since 2004 I've gone every year mostly for 6-7 days but two trips for 4-5 days. Stayed on site for each switching between the Poly, WL, and POR. Our next trip is this December for 14 days (we're going to be on property but only going to Disney parks for about 8 of those days). While I am excited and I know it'll be a blast I think after this trip I want to scale back to every other year or every 3.

Since about 2007 my daughter and I have gone every year - I bought into DVC in 2008 so that helps! This year we're changing our annual "pilgrimage" from January to November because she graduates from college - 2011 we get two trips!

We go each June and October. June we go for 10 nights and October for 2 to 3 nights. We just got a DVC membership before that we change around ;POP, CBR, Poly, POR.

Since 2003 been going once a year until 2008, when I went twice and in 2009 I went twice. Last year I brought a AP and went three times and hoping to do two trips this year - March and December.

Ive been at least 7days each year since 1995. Some years we go 2 or 3 times. Last few years I have been taking some 3 or 4 day trips several times a year. Love my DVC and Annual pass.

We went in June 2010 for 7 nights, will go back in a few weeks for 7 nights, and then I will be doing a 5 night trip in October 2011 with a few of my girlfriends to run the Food and Wine Festival half-marathon.

We have talked about dropping back to every 2 years after that, but who knows.......:rolleyes1

Pretty much at least once a year from 1996 until 2009. Now that the kids are older, my husband and I travel without them. We have other places on our bucket list. So Disney has taken a back seat for a while. Unless we have a conference onsite - in which case, I'll be packing my bags!

We usually go every May and December. We did miss May 2009 due to all my cancer surgery.

We are going again this May. Cashing in dh ff miles for 3 days at the GF and 3days at the BC, all for free!

We average twice a year (a week at a time). Last year it was 3 times but the last time we did 3 in a year was about 8 years ago.

We're DVC Members and we have annual passes too. We were just at S.S.R in January for 7 days, we are leaving again in 89 days for OKW for 14 days (with family) and then again (just DH and DS) at the end of Sept for 10 days. Some years we go as little as once a year but then other times we've been as many as 5 times a year.

We mostly go to Universal studios unless we have company. We'll go for Mardi Gras in Feb or Mar, July or August to renew our annual passes an sometime in October for Halloween Horrors. Those are the standards then we'll usually have some reason to meet up with relatives. For instance we were here last December to meet up with my brother and his wife. Out of all those visits we might spend a day or 2 at WDW, usually MK or DHS. So 4 times/year is the norm.

I've been going atleast 3 times a year since it opened in '71. My grandmother lived an hour from there so it was very easy to do. I was hooked way back then and haven't stopped going since. Sometimes we only go 3 times, but some years we go as many as 8 times. It just all depends on what's going on that year.

We go 3-4 times a year. We would go even more if it wasn't 15 hours 1 way for us! :scared1::headache: If we were 8 or less hours away I know we would go ATLEAST once a month! :thumbsup2

We stay in a variety of places. Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club, Boardwalk, POP Century, etc. We've only stayed offsite twice when we had others joining us and wanted to rent a pool home in Windsor Hills.

Minimum 14 days every summer for the past 10 years and then usually one or two short get aways of 3-5 days each with no regular pattern--Christmas to see decorations, Halloween for the same, fall for F&W, spring for F&G. Any time I have the time, lol!

My record, prior to moving to the Orlando area, was from 9/1/99 thru 9/12/00 when we spent 41 nights spread through four trips, staying in the Contemporary Tower each visit. We lived in the DC area and had APs since 1992. Look at my signature.

When we lived 45 min. from Disneyland we went at least once per month and always had APs. I would even sneak down there alone if I had a conference for the day in the area......I would head over there afterwards and hang out for a few hours!

Now that we live in NC, we go to Disney at least once per year, sometimes far more often. Two years ago we went 5 times. I guess that isn't completely accurate......we went twice one year and three times the other year......but it was all within a 12 month period.

We have APs this year and have been twice (Oct and Dec) and are heading back in May and Sept......so 4 trips this time with our APs.

Now

my first trip was in 1999 and we went for 6 days. AsMo
I have been a few times in conjunction w/ business trips (just me no family) and those were 5-6 days @ CS, but I actually only spent a day or two in the parks...
in 2007 we went for 6 days and stayed off site
in 2009 we went for 9 days and stayed @ POP
in 2010 we went for 6 days & stayed @ POR (bought annual passes!)
in 2011... we are planning ALOT of trips.. April 2011 4 park days Windsor Hills
Sept around 6-8 days (not final yet) and don't know if we are staying off site or not and then we hope to sneak in ANOTHER trip the 1st or 2nd week of December so we can see the ligths w/o the EXTREME crowds we dealt with the week after christmas in 2010...

but 2011 is not "normal" for us. We knew that we were going to have 2 trips w/in 12 months (dec 2010 and Sept 2011) so after figuring buying tickets for both trips, it was only like $50 more a person to get annual passes.. since we got annual passes... we are REALLY going to take advantage of them!!!!
