I do it at least once a day..:)

I rarely reboot. Every once in a while when I'm in chat I will have to reboot. If I used a MAC, I wouldn't have to reboot, but I wouldn't be able to chat :( I lose more chat hosts because they use MACs it's very depressing

Perhaps the fact that a portion of DISers are left out due to the chat company's arrogance should be incentive to change to another chat format?

I was doing it about 6 times a day, but then I figured out I needed a new mouse.... FINALLY!

Maybe once a week.

I turn it off at night because there is no point in having it run through the night when I am asleep and during the day when I am at work. Otherwise on weekends, it is on non-stop from Friday night to Sunday night. Although for straight reboot, I rarely ever need to do it.

My Norton Anti Virus does an auto reboot every Saturday night. Sometimes I have to do a reboot when certain web sites get hung up. BTW, my DH does reboots MUCH more often on his MAC!!! It seems to like to quit in the middle of a program.

YUCK!

I turn my computer off at home everytime I get finished with it, so I might boot or reboot once to quite often daily.;) I also reboot when the computer is too sluggish.

At work, I reboot only when necessary (once a week or once a month, etc.).

Rarely ever. Our computer stays on all the time, on stand by. I only reboot if it starts to get sluggish.

PC is always on and when I had ME (UGH!!!) I was rebooting several times a day. Now with XP, generally only when a program update, like NAV or something else requires it. I have gone over two weeks at times.

I turn mine off when it's not in use because our computer room has too many computers and gets hot when we leave them on.

I do it everyday.. don't like leaving my computer on for long periods of time as it gets hot in the room. :)
