How often do you exercise?

6-7 days a week, but I often just go thru the motions without really putting out much effort

Everyday.
Only less if I'm sick or the weather is just too bad and in that case I'm still exercising because I'm shoveling lol.
I power walk about 2.2 miles per day and lately have added a 7 exercises in 7 minutes challenge.
I just had a woman pull up next to me in her car yesterday and ask me how I do it in this kind of weather (30mph winds with sub zero wind chills) she must see me out there daily. I just told her I've been doing it so long I guess I'm just used to it. Not to mention I'm motivated and determined.

5-6 times a week-cardio 4-6, lifting weights 2x week, a little core 2-3 nothing too exciting and I miss my running days but old age and a torn glute took that away

I was told only 15% of anyone over the age of 50 gets any kind of exercise.
I am glad I am in that category.
But I feel that statistic is probably true for northern states.
I am betting it is a lot higher for Southern states.

I do 3-4 times a week. You just have to keep at it, and one day you can't live without it. I just turned 40 and I lift. I hold my own at pool parties in Vegas. I'm in better shape now than I was when I was 20. If I am stressed, or tired, or don't feel great - I go to the gym and feel like a million bucks. One day, it will absolutely tip the balance. Just keep at it. The results are addicting

I'm back to 5 days a week on my Max Trainer. When I stick with it I sleep better and feel better overall.

How do you find the motivation? I find working out really boring.

I do too! I now have one of those mini-trampolines, and I sort of march/jog/whatever on it while I watch TV. It keeps my brain much more engaged than just exercising.

I also do well with "natural exercise" - walking with a friend to talk to (in good weather), playing freeze dance with my little niece and nephew, etc.

I think I end up at 5-6 days a week.
