How often do they hold dream magic hour?

I was wondering if anyone knew how often the Disney Dream squad held the dream magic hours. I've had the good fortune to win the dream magic hour at Epcot twice! The first was last year on July 13th and the second was on 3/8. If they only hold them once a year that is pretty amazing that I was not only in Orlando, but in the right park and in the right place.

Where specifically and at what time did you get the pass?
We got an hour at DL on 2/14.

We were also at the party on 3/8.
I am going to say we got the pass around 2:00. We were on the boat from Morocco to Canada.

We saw the dream squad handing out the "tickets" to the dream hour (a plastic card that says dream magic hour on a string type lanyard) at the entrance to the international gateway and we ran over and won! I think it was about 3ish.
