How often do Disney excersise ROFR

We are in the process of buying under 100 points at OKW through resale and having read a few threads where people have said they passed the Disney ROFR stage, I am beginning to wonder when and under what circumstances Disney exercise this option.

I am getting a bit worried that they might like a small number of points and our sale might not go through.

Can anyone reassure me or offer advice

It is really hard to predict and seems to depend on a number of factors: 1) price; 2) who pays the maintenance fees; 3) who pays the closing costs; 4) the resort involved; 5) the use year. Actually, because of the closing costs, other things equal, small contracts are MORE expensive for them to buy back. Good luck!
