I just wondered what was the most that you, the members of Team W.I.S.H., would pay for team-specific apparel? Be it a Tuke/Beanie, Visors, Shirts or even a full blown Tri Suit for those that may want them? I've got lots of ideas for different things for the team but if things are way out of budget what people would want to pay I'll just the ideas go and come back to them at a later time when the economies of scale make the idea more feasible. Thanks.

The beauty of WISH is that we are a group of "cyber friends" who enjoy doing Disney and getting into shape. As friends, we talk to each other weekly, daily, sometimes hourly. We share our ups and downs, successes and failures, tips, advice, whatever.

We do not know you, Dirty Bunny. The only time you appear on this board is when there is a discussion about merchandise. Any merchandise that we, as a team, come up with is done AT NO PROFIT and is a TEAM effort. In fact, the people that have volunteered to head up one of our shirt/sock/visor purchases has probably had to pay for the opportunity (thanks, team!).

We had this discussion with you last year, Dirty Bunny, when you showed up at shirt ordering time. Again, we do not know you. You have not earned our trust. Please come join us on the weekly training thread to find out that we are waaaayyy more than just "wearing the same shirt."

Who ever said I was trying to profit off the sale of anything? Oh yeah..I never have. It just seems that all the merchandise that's been sold so far has been less than $20. Why would I go throw the hassle of contacting different manufacturers to get prices for items if people don't want to pay more than $20 for a shirt. I appreciate the fact that you've pasted this same message three times but again you've been wrong about me all three times.

I posted this three times so that our newest members would know that we, those on the Events/Competitions thread of WISH, do not know you. I see that you joined the Super Goofs in March. That's a start. Hope to "see" more of you! :goodvibes

Well, step one what are you trying to sell.

LOL!

Your intial question is WAY to vague.

That said, I am hesitant. I have ordered two shirts from members here, but they were folks who posted a lot and who in at least one case had done this in the past. I am not ordering one of the Eye2Eye shirts right now because I am not comfortable with the company.

So if you just "appear" and say "order from me" then the price is probably zero. I am not sending you money just because you have 'Wish' merchandise.

Personally I probably won't buy anything else. It's a running team not a wardrobe!:rotfl2:

Well, I found a new company called Champion Systems that can do dye sublimated gear. Here's an example of what they can do:

Tri-Concepts-Top-Web.jpg

Prices right now are:

Tri Top $42

Tri Short $44

Tri Suit $76

Running Singlet $29

If someone wants to run with this go right ahead...it just looks like something that we may need a graphic designer to work with so that we can really take advantage of the blank canvas that this would provide us with...
