How much would you pay for an exersaucer at a yard sale?

I'm having a yard sale this weekend and am having a little trouble with pricing. For the most part, I've priced everything very cheaply but there are a few bigger tag/name brand items I want to charge a little more for yet still have it be a good enough deal people will want to buy them.

Does anyone have a pretty good sense of what would be a good price for the following items, or at least what you'd be willing to pay?

Exersaucer - Excellent condition, no missing toy attachments.

Bumbo seat with tray attachment - excellent condition

Oak changing table- with plastic pad, 2 shelves and a drawer. I will probably throw in the deluxe curved pad I had gotten separately and also a diaper/accessory holder that velcros to the side of the changing table.

Fisher Price Aquarium Bouncer - the seat vibrates and also bounces with baby's movement. Has an attachment that lights up and plays music. Excellent condition.

Graco open-top swing - I had gotten this 2nd hand 5 years ago but it's still in good condition.

Diaper Genie & Diaper Champ -
both are 5 years old, instructions will be included for the Genie as well as an extra cartridge and the half-full cartridge currently in it. The stickers that said, "Diaper Champ" have come off on both sides and there are 2 screws that look a little rusty but don't affect the functioning of it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Exersaucer--$10-15
Bumbo $5-10
Changing Table, start at $50
Bouncy seat $10
Graco swing $15
Diaper Genie $7

I'm not familiar with a Diaper Champ, so can't help there. Good luck and happy selling!

For yard sale items in good/excellent condition I usually price 1/2- 1/4 of the original price. You know you will get talked down so don't price at your rock bottom.

We paid $25 for our swing second hand and I thought it was an awesome deal. People in our area charge really high prices for used baby/children items. I guess people must pay it though. I often see items that are gently used being sold for just $10-20 under the original price. (I'm talking about big $100ish items like exersaucers, swings, strollers, etc.)

I agree with this poster. Although, I would have gone a little lower on the bouncy seat and diaper genie. But only by a couple of dollars.

Baby swings/highchairs/excersaucers etc. on average go for around $20-30 here. However, there are some years that no one is looking for baby stuff.

Price it on the high end so you have room to come down. Make the buyer feel like they are getting an even better deal.

For example, if you really want to get $25, ask $30. Some people will come in negotiating. Some won't but if someone is looking at it and not looking like they are going to buy, you can even tell them, "I'm willing to go $25 on that."

If you have a kid's consignment place, you could take in photos of what you have and ask approximately how much they will give you for it. You can then look around and see what they are selling the items for. That gives you some ideas on your pricing.

Exersaucer $15-ish
Bumbo $5-7
Changing table $20-50? Depends on the quality, I'd ask more if it were say, Pottery Barn Kids, or less if it were from Target, or even $10 if it was IKEA.
Aquarium Bouncer $7-9
Swing $5-ish since it was used twice
Diaper pails-- I'd ask like $3-4 and just chuck 'em if you can't sell them.

I would check ebay and see what these items go for there. That way you have a basis for your price if someone wants you to reduce your prices.

Hey thanks for the price advice. We had a good turnout with nice weather and we made more than we expected to. You're advice was very helpful! :cheer2:
