How much will it cost to get to Port Canaveral from WDW?

I'm a planner and I'm looking into the options for our group of 5. We usually have a rental car, only 2 of us, and only 4 nights, but this time our trip will be 5 nights and it seems foolish to rent a car and then also pay to park it. If I could get the car for a good price it makes sense, but this extended trip will be about 13 days. Nothing is cheap I guess. The advantage of the bus would be an early PAT. Adding tip to a round trip private service adds up. There are too many options out there, which I guess can be a good thing.

I just looked up one site that I heard recommended on a podcast and it says $220 from Disney to the port (that is for a 6 passenger SUV).

I have not used a service like that though. When we were there in May we had our car (we live in SC, so we generally drive to WDW) and drove from WDW to catch a 4 night on the Wish. It was a SUPER easy drive taking the toll roads. Parking at the port was something like $95 or so if I remember correctly. We were first time cruisers and had a 12:15 PAT.

Explore pricing for a one-day, one-way rental from the Disney Car Care Center (so Alamo, Enterprise, or National) to the corresponding Port Canaveral car rental drop off, using the free Disney CCC pick-up at the resort to get the car and the free shuttle to the port from the car rental center. You could pick the car up from the CCC the day before your cruise, just be certain to stay within the 24-hour rental period for a one-day rental rate. If you need car seat(s), that will add to the rental cost.

Paying for the DCL bus for 5 is an alternative. Even with just two of us, one-day, one-way car rentals have sometimes been cost effective for us compared to the buses, but you may need a larger vehicle for 5. We’ve done both car rentals and DCL bus service, depending on price, but port arrival time is not an issue for us, since we’re platinum cruisers with DCL.

This. We've done one-way rentals to/from Port Canaveral before and it's worked out great for us.
