How much time would you allot to get to FW bike barn for a Segway tour from VWL?

Tricky question, the boat starts at 8am, I understand; we need to be there at 8:15. We probably need to use their bus to get to the bike barn from the marina too.

Will there be a boat ready to go at 8am straight to FW?

The more I think about it, the better the car sounds, but the boat would be a more enjoyable trip.

How much time should we give ourselves with a car?

Any ideas?

If you take the Epcot bus from WL, the next stop if FW. I'm not sure where the bike barn is, if it is near the check in area or near the lake area.
