How much time to allot to get to different parks? Anyone use Uber to get to universal?

Hey y'all
Leaving next Thurs, trying to plan for travel time to the parks. We're staying at All Star Movies.

How much time to allot for us to get to the parks by rope drop?

Also, our last day we're going to Universal. Has anyone used Uber to get there? How much time does it take to get there from our resort area?

If you just want to be at the the WDW parks in time for rope drop, but not be right at the ropes, I would suggest being at your bus stop 1 hour before RD. Sometimes a bus is there waiting, but you might also have to wait up to 20 minutes for one. Also, if there is a longer line, you might have to wait for a second bus. If you want to be farther ahead, I would say at least 10-20 minutes earlier.
