How much time should I allot to get from Disney Springs to Ft. W's campfire sing a long

We'd like to get from Disney Springs to Ft Wilderness, then take that 2nd bus from the hub to Chip and Dale campfire sing a long. Is it 1 bus to Ft. W., and a specific 1 (multiple stops) to sing a long? If the sing a long starts at 8pm... when should we plan on leaving DS to allot enough time? Maybe wait for bus at DS around 645?

6:30, maybe earlier. Assume you will justbarelymiss each bus. Twentyish minute wait at DS. Allow 20 minutes for the ride. Twentyish minute wait at the Outpost for the internal bus. Allow 10-15 minutes for the ride, depending on stops. That's 70-75 minutes, so 6:45 is iffy.

If everything works perfectly and each bus is right there as you're ready to board, so, you're early.
