I've tried searching here and google and can't find a good answer and that's probably because it depends on individuals.
How much time do I need to try every booth at F&W?
DH and I will share things, it will be just the two of us. Not big drinkers but we'll try a little.
Currently, I'm planning Friday, October 16th from 4-close after we arrive at WL and then Monday, October 19th from 1-close (conference the weekend and Monday morning). We were going to have all day on Tuesday, October 20th but we are considering MNSSHP that evening. We leave late on the 21st but we could do F&W 11-4 that day or would do MK that morning. We are avoiding Saturday night there because of crowd reports. We are planning HS Sunday night with EMH as its DH's favorite park.
Do we need more than 2 half days at F&W? Open to suggestions :-) Thanks!

Plan multiple sessions on multiple days and spread it out.

11-4 on a week day is usually the shortest lines. Friday night/Saturday are the worst times to go. Sunday is still busy but not as bad as the other two.

I am not a small girl, but even just trying one or two things and sharing those to boot. You can't do more than 3 or 4 booths in one session. The food can be rich and you look at them and they're small but by the time you do 3 or 4 booths you've eaten a lot of food.

1st time I went I think I probably did half the booths and that was two sessions (one around lunch, one around dinner on different days sharing with some one else) and then a third day where it was in between the traditional lunch/dinner hour but I had a big breakfast and I was on my own so I did a lot of wandering and spread out the booths, but I didn't eat lunch that day and I think I may have skipped dinner as well.

2nd time I went with my mom and we would only have a small snack for breakfast then plan to hit the festival early and we shared pretty much everything and between us we probably did 8 or 9 items all together (we did two afternoons) and that was all we could handle.

3rd time we only did two booths together and I think I may have done one on my own, but I was restricted on a lot of foods because of a new diagnosis of allergies and my mom couldn't eat that much on her own.

I also choose to stick to food and did not drink (well except for Canada one or two of those years, I like Moosehead Beer). I just didn't want to fill up on alcohol.

I'm solo this year and I'm going to try to go to places I haven't eaten at before (except I probably will do the beef skewers, my favorite, and I might have to go to Canada because they have a chicken over polenta that I haven't tried that looks really good.

I will probably only hit 4 or 5 booths.

Wow, thanks. It's nice to hear that first hand experience. We probably need less MK time and more EPCOT time this trip. Now I'm thinking park hoppers could be good too...

Yeah hoppers are a good thing during F&W. We'd did a morning park, hop to Epcot for 'lunch' then a late sit down meal, then go to an evening park or show, this was really easy between DHS and Epcot (this was my second F&W). We didn't do a ton of booths because we had the dining plan and between CS/TS meals we just couldn't do as much in the Festival as I did the first year. The first year I was with a friend for part of it and we didn't have the DP at all so it was much easier to do multiple sessions and eat at the booths for a 'meal' which is why we got through half of them.

I do have the DP this year but it's the QS one and I plan to do the booths over 2 or 3 days as snacks not meals or skip a QS and trade in my meal for three snacks to take home and use the F&W for a meal.

Trying every booth would take a while! You definitely want to spread it out as much as you possibly can. Park hoppers are fantastic for this so you can split up your days.

Today, I visited 6 booths in 3-ish hours, but that was because I took a long rest in the Chase lounge when I reached that point in the WS. Yesterday I only visited 4 before I called it a day.

I went through the lists of all the booths and food items and counted about 40 items from around 24 kiosks that I was interested in. Luckily, I'm at WDW for a week with park hoppers, but still I doubt I'll be able to get to them all. And I'll need all that food because the list of drinks was nearly as big.

Trying every booth would take a lot of time. Consider the amount of booths, the lines at each, and the amount of food and liquid that you can handle in one afternoon or evening. I just returned from a 10 day trip where my girlfriend and I spent the last four days at Epcot for Food and Wine. We would get our ride on in future world from opening until 11:00am, and then head to World showcase from 11:00am - 3:00pm/3:30pm each day. We shared all items and over four afternoons didn't get anywhere near trying every booth. We watched shows, listened to music, spoke with friendly cast members and visitors, looked at the gift shops and had a great time taking in the whole experience.

Even if you did nothing but speed eat and drink and avoided doing anything else at all, it would take quite a while to hit every booth, but where's the fun it that..:) Relax, enjoy the ride, and remember whatever you don't try this time is something for you to look forward to next time...

That's good to know.
Is something from every country possible? I need to study a map I guess.

New plan could be:
Friday: 4-close EPCOT
Saturday: MK 6-close (convention is 8am-5pm)
Sunday: MNSSHP 4-12 (convention 8am-12pm)
Monday: HS 1-close (convention 8am-12pm)
Tuesday: EPCOT all day
Wednesday: EPCOT 11am-4pm then fly home

I feel like we should give up the Halloween Party but DH and I really enjoyed it last week and I know he would like to do it again.

Thanks for the input everyone!
