Tomorrow is my Fastpass day (60 days out) and I wanted to ask - how long do you plan for meals?

We are doing the following meals, including several character breakfasts

Chefs de France Dinner
A Buffet with Character Breakfast at The Crystal Palace
Be Our Guest Dinner
Chef Mickey's Fun Time Buffet Breakfast at Chef Mickey's
The Hollywood Brown Derby Lunch
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare
The BOATHOUSE Dinner
Boma - Flavors of Africa Dinner
Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast

How much time would you recommend I plan for? 1 hour? 90 minutes?

Thanks!

Just plain eating, I'd plan an hour, but you also need to consider your travel time, waiting for your table, and with characters, the time it might take to see all of them. So, I would probably give myself about two hours to make sure I have some grace time for all the unknowns. You shouldn't need two hours every time, but you don't want to be at dinner and checking your watch every five minutes because something else is slipping away.

We usually plan around 90 minutes for a TS meal, not including travel time.

For a TS meal I budget 90 minutes for the meal and at least 30 minutes to travel. More if the meal is not in class proximity.

I plan for 90 minutes, but I think the only one that took close to that was 1900 PF. Sometimes the seating can be delayed, though, especially at peak meal times.

QS I plan 45-60 min
TS 60-90 min not including travel time.
Character meal 90-120 minutes to eat and see all characters, not including travel
Signatures 90-120 minutes not including travel

A regular TS meal: 90 minutes
Character meal: 2 hours
The character meals rarely take the full two hours, but on occasion we've had a long wait for our table (1900 Park Fare a few years ago and Cryatal Palace at spring break). We've also been seated in the middle of the characters making their rounds, so we had to wait for them to come around again to get the one or two we missed. Unfortunately, this was also at 1900 Park Fare and Cryatal Palace, so it took a long time. Everywhere else I've found the character meals are right at 90 minutes, sometimes even closer to 60. Like other posters have said, though, I'd rather end up budgeting too much time for a meal (especially a character meal) than not enough. I always plan on two hours for the character meals.

I budget 90 minutes for regular TS, 120 for a character meal, that way I have plenty of wiggle room when it only takes an hour.
