Just so I'm pronouncing your name right...I'm trying to sell a beautiful lazy boy sofa at a yard sale but I don't know what to charge, does anyone have a idea what one should cost?

Rebecca Realistic. I live in a 200+ unit complex, and we have been told by management not to bring home curbside furniture - specifically due to the (mere) possibility of bedbugs.Debbie Downer.
Agree, but apparently there are lots of thrift-store type places that don't accept upholstery. I'd offer it to everyone I knew or seek out an agency that assists refugee families with resettlement. There are several in our city and furniture is always needed.I would donate it

DD is in the process of shopping for a house, and was just on the phone with her Realtor and I had her ask about this here.New construction around here does not include a formal dining room anymore. Many wouldn’t have a place to put it.
