How much money would you budget for these restaurants?

L-Sci-FI (not really lunch share an appetizer and maybe an icecream)
D-Brown Derby with the Fantasmic Dinner package

B-Kona Cafe
D-The Plaza

Brown Derby Fantasmic - Brown Derby $36.99 adult/$9.99 child (3-11) not including admission, tax, and gratuity. Child's meal includes beverage and dessert. Your choice of appetizer, soup, or salad; entree; and dessert from menu. Items include Spice Grilled Filet Mignon, Pan-Seared Grouper, and The Original Cobb Salad. Alcoholic beverages NOT included.

All of the menus include prices. I couldn't begin to guess what types of food everyone would eat. Plus, alcohol or no alcohol, 3 course meal vs a light snack, lol. Your best bet is to check the menus and plan for the most expensive stuff and then if you don't spend it all, you're good.
