How much is the DVC discount on Halloween and Xmas parties?

Are you logged into the website? You have to be logged in to see the AP or DVC discounts. Not all dates have the discount.

They said last year that the member had to pick them up (and show ID) when I bought them with the discount but I had mine mailed to my house last year and they were already activated.

Obviously, Disney believes that date will have a higher demand and priced it higher.

All purely personal advice... just our opinion.

DVC discounts for these events are MINOR, and RESTRICTED. Our personal habit has been to purchase pure retail, no discount, and get the days we want.

Perhaps I read the chart incorrectly, but it looks like the savings on some of the days are pretty good. I thought I saw nearly $30 for some days.

We are vacationing the last week of October and so no discounts for the MNSSHP. But we are officially priced out this year. in 2014 we paid approx. $250. Now our youngest is an adult, and with the current price increase we are at $380. Just too much. Josh at Easywdw said that in the past 5 years the ticket prices have increased 50%. Now that's just crazy.

I agree that the prices are crazy but last year, 3rd party vendors were selling them for even more!!! I guess if 3rd parties can get higher amounts, it would be an incentive for Disney to raise the prices.

Interesting. For MVMCP wdwinfo is showing dates in December for DVC discount that the Disney site does not show. Disney shows December 6 as the last date for a DVC discount.
