Better pricing at port IF AVAILABLE. OFten, no upgrades are available at port. Better chance of getting the upgrade by calling and booking in advance...but you'll pay the going rate for the new room that way.

I tried to get a quote for you from the DCL website and it looks like your whole sailing is sold out. Sorry it doesnt look like you'll be able to even pay for an upgrade.
