Wow, learn something new every day. I have never ever heard of paying to enter a high school football game- they are free around here-heck I can't see anyone going if they had to pay to sit through those things!
$6 for everyone ahead of time, $7 at the gate. Season passes - umm, they're $80, and that's only for home games, of which there are 5 - but you get reserved seats - yeh, right!! What a rip off.
We don't have any pre sale discount or season passes. My son plays on the team so us not going is not an option. I totally enjoy football and more so because my son plays. I just went whoa when I saw that price and figured out it's going to cost us 40 bucks a game for our family to go. Oh well high school goes by so quick it's not that big of a deal.
I have no idea. I know the students get in "free" with their ID but technically it's not free as we pay an activity fee with the registration fees and that covers the admission to all the home sport games.
I know it's free to get into watch the Freshman game. My DD is a cheerleader and their first game was last Saturday. No fee to get in, no snack bar even open, etc.. Basically it was the parents of the players/cheerleaders watching and that was it.
I'm pretty sure you have to pay to watch Varsity games since we have already gotten the spectator rules letter (i.e. parents have to attend with elementary/Middle School students...where they can sit, etc...). Varsity parents do have the option to buy season tickets. They got their letter way back in the summer.
I'm sure I'll find out Friday as DD has to work the bake sale the last hour of the game. All I know is she's working the table at the away side & she has no desire to go watch the game ahead of time. So, we aren't showing up until much closer to her work time. It will be an interesting night to try and figure out what we are doing (me for parking & her for finding the table). I'm hoping I don't have to pay since we will be coming late. I'm not even sure I'm staying.
We can buy season pass for $25.00 each. I'm not sure how much at the gate we always buy passes. Our daughter is in marching band. We spend the whole half time show trying to figure out which one she is. They all look alike in their band uniforms!!
