How much do you tip?

On our return trip from MCO last week when the Magical Express dropped us we used an airport porter to take our luggage to check in. He was great, took 5 bags and ended up picking DGS (3) up and putting him on top of bags because he was lagging behind. He then checked our bags in and took them to the security. How much would you have tipped?

We've always given the porters $2. a bag and for giving the grandchild an extra treat $5.
So say $15.

Great. That is what I did. I feel good. I was worried that I had gone too cheap.
